Dear Patients,

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. I promise you that in no circumstances will I ever allow your privacy to be invaded. Your attendance, your procedure, your photograph and your outcome will always remain 100% confidential.

If you do not wish to be contacted at home for your reminder call for an appointment, please inform us, we can email you , call you at work or text you. My staff have also taken an absolute oath of confidentiality. In fact if I or my staff ever meet you in any social or business circumstances we will even avoid eye contact or show any recognition, unless of course if you approach us.

However unfortunately we cannot always control the behaviour of our other clients/patients. An unintended consequence of a busy waiting area is that the other clients may see you .
